Feeling pregnant as soon as conception

So I know that technically you shouldn’t feel different until the egg implants but those that have had multiple pregnancies, do you feel pregnant right after ovulation takes place? And I’m not talking about the normal surge of hormones that’s present after. I can say for a fact that my last pregnancy, I had symptoms the day after ovulation; my breast were extremely tender which is unusual for me and I started having vivid dreams two days after, that continued every night after that & felt implantation pains at day 5. I was able to get a vvvfl at 9dpo. Anyone else?
