39.1 being induced

Currently sitting at the hospital waiting to get pitocin at 1 pm. Had my weekly appointment with my doctor’s back up this morning. He said my amniotic fluid looked thick and said it could be the vernix or could be meconium. He said my amniotic fluid looked like the consistency of 2% milk. He said he’s usually wrong but didn’t like how thick my amniotic fluid looked. So here we are, he said baby looks good just not benefiting the baby anymore keeping me pregnant. Full term and ready to see my sweet baby boy! 💙

My husband is being great and I feel so comfortable here at the hospital. Such great staff and support! Wish me luck!
