You guys... My sweeters developed her first ever ear infection and it is horrible! We started her on antibiotics yesterday, we alternate Motrin and Tylenol, but I wonder if there was anything else that helped your kiddos reduce pain locally?

What did you use?

Doc thinks there might be an underlying viral infection to justify such high fever. It is very hard to bring down, and it goes right back up quickly. Noelle hates medicine, we tried every trick in the world, but when she is that sick, she just screams whenever she sees/feels a thermometer or medication...

I think I am just very scared.

How soon did you guys see improvement with ear infections? I understand that every body is different, but I want to get the feel for the soonest she can possibly start feeling better.

God it's so heartbreaking...
