Pregnant after 6 years of trying and hsg showing blocked tubes
Ladies, when I first found out I was pregnant in early June, I was in disbelief and extremely happy. I was kinda dumb because I waited on and anticipated the moment for what felt like a lifetime. Not to mention I had just been told that my left tube was blocked by a fibroid or scar tissue and right tube didn’t show, but the doc claimed that both were blocked. I was devastated. I just turned 37 in April and was working out consistently, eating well (mostly plant based) and just developed a new found excitement for life. I started acupuncture in March and the TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) specialist guided me as far as tests to check eggs and gave me TCM herbs to help with my TTC progress. I truly think the acupuncture and herbs helped me tremendously. Unfortunately I did miscarry around 5 weeks, last Friday to be exact, and I was horrified the entire time thinking what if I miscarry again( happened 6 years ago) because I was spotting but this time it was brown like it was with my twin pregnancy that I carried to term when I was 22. So I had mixed feelings and I do believe the anxiety, the fight or flight energy within me caused the miscarriage as well, who knows. BUT I wanted to encourage you all and tell you what changes I made that helped me. I began following this guy called the Medical Medium on instagram and my motherinlove whose also plant based for over 30 yrs, encouraged me to do so. Just to be healthy. He advises you to eat tons of FRUIT AND GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES EVERYDAY, RAW. Stay away from wheat, corn, gmo food, dairy and processed and sugary foods. I felt better than ever before and went back to the same way of life after miscarriage to ensure a thorough cleanse of my womb and spirit. I also did lots of yoga. I took serrapatase (sp) to clear tubes. My way of relaxing was planting a garden, dancing and working out. It uplifts your spirits and helps balance out your hormones because you’re enjoying yourself. Just wanted to write all of this to encourage you because you all encouraged me every month. ALSO, I stopped looking at the calendar and I drank lots of organic cold pressed celery juice on an empty stomach first thing in the morning then waited 15 mins to eat, good for your liver and thyroid. Eat lots of organic berries especially wild blueberries which may only be in the freezer section. AND CONTINUE EATING FOR FERTILITY THROUGHOUT THE PREGNANCY!!! I kinda stopped which could have led to the miscarriage as well, who knows🤷🏽♀️but I feel better since I know I can help you all reach your fertility goals...✌🏽and❤️
