Is this spotting or period starting?

Sorry ladies this might be gross but I don’t know what to do or think what do you guys think is this spotting or. Starting again my dear literally stop maybe a week ago and I’ve been spotting for the past 2 or 3 days. What do you guys think do you consider this spotting or is it just my period came back again?
