Debating if I should purchase the online hypnobirthing class or not, want to hear feedback- good and bad! I'm 6 and a half weeks pregnant

I am doing it and so did my good friend. It helped her A LOT and highly recommends it to everyone who’s wanting to a natural birth.

While TTC I watched a bunch of YouTube videos about it, & you could probably get some good information there for free before spending money on a class! Not sure how in depth you’re looking for though but just a thought!
