doctor told me next week we could do a membrane sweep if I want to. I'll be 38w3d. I'm super anxious about labor, I'm not scared of the pain but I'm a planner/prepper and the waiting game for labor is driving me crazy. yes I have all my bags and hospital stuff packed, my birth plan laid out but not set in stone,. vehicles gassed up n ready (we live an hr away)

I'm curious to know others experience with membrane sweep and what to expect.

my sister had it done at 40w and pretty much started labor within an hr our having it done, but went 39 hrs before baby arrived
