“Overweight”?

So this may sound like a stupid question to some but please be understanding

I’m a 16 year old volleyball athlete and I’m about 5’2”. I just weighed myself and it was 125lbs

Usually, i wouldn’t think much of it but i heard some guys talking about how any girl under 5’3 shouldn’t weigh over 130, and I’m close to that number and it just made me a little insecure. I don’t think of myself as overweight but I’m wondering if maybe i should try to lose weight to be healthier?
