UGLY PREGO

I'm 14 weeks pregnant with bleach blonde hair that has roots growing to Hong Kong, of course I cannot dye it. Teeth are shading a tint of yellow, of course I cannot whiten them. My legs & places I didn't think would get flubber, of course are. Best of all my mind is running in 500 directions thinking I'm ugly and my man don't want me. Now after my rant of my uglyness... What did y'all lady's do to make yourselfs feel better ? And your man want you? I just feel like a lard ... Anyways thanks in advance. No hate!
