hey guys, I was just wondering what methods of contraception would be the best and most effective, excluding actual birth control

And don’t have sex during the week you ovulate
Before & after period are your least fertile chances

Condoms...the implant etc didn’t work too well for my body and it’s the most natural as well, no hormones in your body etc

Abstinence, condoms. 
There are other barrier methods such as a diaphragm/cervical cap, cervical sponges, and spermicides, but those are not all that effective on their own... They’re more effective when combined with another method, for example a cervical cap + spermicide. However, aside from hormonal birth & the non hormonal IUD, condoms & abstinence are most effective. And, of course condoms are the only thing that helps prevent STDs.
