with a donor. did anyone have success with a product they used and swear by?

(let me add by saying I am not using any medication or trigger or anything. ) just gonna try it! hoping to catch my ovulation day and pray.

** edit sorry I am actually performing an ICI (intracervical insemination) I am just using an IUI vial. sorry for the miscommunication.
