We all let swear words out every now and then when we are mad and upset. Let both of you cool down and then talk about your feelings. I know when my husband gets mad or frustrated he says the “f” word. Not at me but just in general.

If he said if directed towards me as in “f you”, my feelings would be hurt but I’m a sensitive person by nature. And I wouldn’t label it as abuse unless it was all the time whenever you all have an argument.
