Learning to love myself and being happy with my body.
I've struggled with stress eating all my life. It was an unhealthy coping mechanism that I had due to a traumatic childhood. It was so bad to the point where I weighed nearly 300 pounds. I was able to overcome it however, and drop 80 pounds. I still have a ways to go, but I'm nearly there, and I believe in myself.
