Little Help

my daddy took his anger out on me and yelled at me when I didn't even do anything.. he just kind of snapped and I don't know what to do im really sensitive so it really hurt my feelings and i have been crying for a while.. he said sorry but i don't think he knows how hurt my feelings are by what he said to me..
