Can I waist train and lose weight while pregnant?
This is not a serious question about waist training. Im just wondering how I can shape up my body. I gained a lot of weight and let myself “go” before getting pregnant (Im 6 weeks) so this is all fat not a baby bump. ): I feel like i just look FAT & sloppy. & all my fat areas show out more. Are there any sort of shapers or pregnancy shape stuff that will shape the body but not be too noticeable underneath my clothes?? And is also safe to wear during pregnancy? Plz help thanks. 💛
