Anyone get or had nose bleeds while flying and pregnant?

I’ve been getting occasional bleeds and bleeding gums when brushing and was just curious since I’m flying somewhere in 2 days, if I might get a nose bleed because of the pressure? 🤷‍♀️🤔

I had 3 nose bleeds last week. Was worried but apparently it’s quite normal the midwife said today

I get nosebleeds the whole time I am pregnant, daily but normally in the morning. I did not when flying but probably pure luck. Bring plenty of tissues just in case.

I did get minor nose bleeds few times during the first trimester but it stopped. I didn’t get them during flights though.

I’m having nose bleeds all the time, even at a midwife appointment. She said it was Norma because capillaries are expanding and we have extra blood going round the body, so it’s normal. Especially the gums. My dentist called it pregnancy gingivitis.
Just some lovely side affects from being pregnant

You’re more likely to get it from dehydration due to all the air conditioning in planes, make sure you stay well hydrated! I’ve been having a few nose bleeds but usually after a hot day or a physical day at work, I fly a lot and always drink lots of water and it’s been fine. Good luck!

I got tons of nosebleeds in my first trimester. At least every morning if not 3-4 a day. Bring some tissue and chew some gum
