Acupuncture fertility treatment

So I've been getting acupuncture done for migraines and back pain once a week. 3 weeks ago I started with fertility treatments along with the back and migraine stuff because my periods are all of sudden super irregular and I'm going on month 5 ttc baby #2 when it took me 2 months to get pregnant with my son. (after 2 miscarriages)

I'm just wondering if anyone has had got pregnant with the help of using acupuncture?

Also if how long did it take you to get pregnant and how did it affect your body??
