Hi there, I’ve had type one herpes for about 3 months, I haven’t had an outbreak since but I have one bump down there, I can’t tell if it’s an outbreak starting or an ingrown hair. Is it possible for my herpes outbreak to start again if I haven’t had any sexual contact with anyone whatsoever since I last had my outbreak? I also just shaved about two days ago so I really can tell. There’s only one bump
