Some caffeine good or bad?
So my SO hates when I have even a sip of coffee. I work 64 hr a week sometimes more. I go from working a 12hr shift (6pm-6am) and than 8hr later working 8hr (2pm-10pm). I used to have an energy drink in times like that but I quit it so now after 5hr of sleep and then to work all i want is a little coffe because I work the next night (10pm-6am) or (6pm-6am). So ladys a couple sips of coffee good or bad? Definitely less than 200mg of coffee.
