Very intense cramps 1 dpo

I had super intense cramps in my abdomen it was so painful it woke me up out of my sleep. I went to the bathroom thinking maybe I have to poop but nothing. I also noticed I had lots of ewcm with tiny pin pricks of blood. The cramping only lasted a few mins. I'm also having arm cramps
