Vegan Ricotta/tuna?

hi, I'm 14 I've been vegan for about 6 months now and i have been trying to convince my mom and little sister to go vegan with me. my sister has been long slowly transitioning to fully vegan and my mom is almost there expect she just won't give up ricotta and tuna. does anyone know of any vegan ricotta recipes for me use in things like stuffed shells or lasagna? and does anyone know of any sort of tuna replacement that actually tastes good? because the only one of heard of is "vegan toona" and all the reviews say it tastes horrible.

I use chickpeas for tuna like for salads and stuff and also add a nori sheet for the sea tast :) there are a lot of recipes on google

I’ve seen some recipes for almond or cashew ricotta. I think minimalist baker has an easy one. People often use chickpeas for mock tuna, I’ve even seen it sold in cans as “vegan tuna” with specific spices.

I use one recipe for ricotta (a lasagna recipe) from Pinterest that I LOVE.

Easiest vegan ricotta: blend tofu, add your seasonings. Works like a charm. I used it in a lasagna once and my omnivore chef of a father loved it. Just blend tofu, basil, oregano, garlic powder, and a little lemon juice and you’re good to go!

I make stuffed shells/lasagna vegan for tons of holidays and I’ve been vegan for 10 years.

For fillings I normally make the ricotta, add a pinch or two of sugar, and some store bought shredded vegan mozzarella, and sometimes herbs to taste.  For mozzarella I’d highly recommend this one if you can find it near you.  It doesn’t melt quite as well as other brands but to me it tastes the most like fresh mozzarella. i think this may only be in america but gardin makes pretty good fish filets. obvi not tuna but thw closet to fish i got. their products taste so real!!! 😧😂😍💘
