My sleep schedule ☹️😓
I sleep like a house cat, I just do. I’m basically nocturnal Bc I stay up till dawn then sleep till 5 in the afternoon, get up, eat something small, sleep for 3 to 4 hours, eat dinner, sleep for another 3 to 4 hours, wake up and stay up all night. Ik it’s a little (a lot) fucked up, but I sleep so much, and idk what to do about it. Freaking getting out of bed gets me winded, and getting to go to school is like a shit ton of crap. But once I get up and do something active like ride my bike, run, go out in public, or just go to school and see my friends I don’t sleep for like a whole day. Ik I need to change something Bc the way I’m working my life, is just tearing my body up, same with my mental health, but I can’t. I’ve tried but it doesn’t work for me. I have insomnia, as well as anxiety & major depression, so simple melatonin gummies or pills won’t work, idk what to do. Also, this doesn’t have to do with my sleeping issue but I wanted to ask for help with this too. I can’t have a dream, if I do dream, it’s not a dream, more like a nightmare, always the ones that put you in a cold sweat, I don’t wanna wake up crying and panicking every time this happens, is there a way to stop these nightmares? Can someone help me?
