Do you always poop yourself during delivery first time?

Due date is rapidly approaching and I keep seeing all these stories and articles on Facebook. Me and my partner have experienced a lot of gross stuff together but never has he seen me actually poo. Sure, we’ve been in the toilet together while the other is doing one but that’s so completely different!

Is it true that you poop yourself during labour with your first baby and is there anyway to stop this happening? Do you know it’s happening? How do they fix the situation? Is it solid poo? OMG so many questions, so nervous, need all my questions answered PLEASE!
