Afternoon urine more concentrated?

I seem to be getting darker lines in the afternoon than I do with fmu.
I’m 3 weeks 5 days according to Glow and I’m waiting to get a very very dark test line still! I did get a positive on a digital and this is my progression from a couple days ago. When did you get your first very very dark test line??

I’m also 3 weeks and 5 days 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 and yes my afternoon urine today was definitely darker I even got a yes on a digital a few minutes ago the last 2 are this afternoon
