First iui failed with mf issue....just got the call

Just got the call that my beta blood work came back and I’m not pregnant. Was feeling symptoms guess it was just the progesterone!. Feel down. Has anyone had success on their second medicated with injections? Or third? I don’t know when to just give up and stop. Partners count doubled this time which I was happy with still was low after the wash 1.9 million prior to was had 10 million. I had four mature follicles. His motility is the issue though. I hope this next cycle is takes and he’s been taking zinc, Vitamin d and coq 10. Need some words from you ladies I hope this doesn’t make my depression and anxiety worse now.
