Can somebody help me out here, I am not really sure what this is, but I have been bleeding the last 7 days, not on my period, and yesterday I went pee and this was in the toilet. Did I have a miscarriage? 😞

No it's just a clot, or a piece of the lining that came out intact rather than broken up like normal period blood. It's totally normal. You could ask the Dr about it but it's not ER worthy or even concerning.
