Need help!! So confussed did I have a miscarriage or not ?

Ok there’s a lot to this story but to give the basics I got my BFP 5 weeks ago and the very next day began bleeding heavily for 4 days I went to doctor a week and a half after I stopped bleeding because I was having very bad back pain and cramps but no blood they scheduled me for a vaginal ultrasound the following week which when I went to it showed nothing so I was sent for bloods two days later and then again a following two days later they told me my original hcg level was 145 and the second test showed hcg of 127 so she confirmed miscarriage to me but wanted me to come back in two weeks to confirm my hcg was back to zero which my appointment is tomorrow . And during my vaginal ultrasound they ruled out ectopic pregnancy which if they hadn’t I’d be worried About .

since I originally started bleeding my boobs have been killing me !! And then two days ago I started to spot pinkish brown not much just when I wipe so out of curiosity I took a hpt and this is my result keep in mind this was after a hour hold on very diluted urine ? I’m so confused? All in all it’s been almost 5 weeks since I got my BFP and 4 weeks since I stopped bleeding why am I getting positive tests
