Help❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️

I’m 13 days late and thats NEVER happened to me and I’m still getting BFN I’m so confused😖 my breast have gotten way bigger and feeling full and heavy my nipples are rock hard and are extremely sensitive and me areolas are super swollen and double the size and they are even leaking. I’ve thrown up I’m always nauseous I’ve passed out and have been really dizzy and I keep getting heartburn which I NEVER get. Is possible that the hormone just hasn’t come up or what?? I’m just so confused and need help tremendously!!!!
