Is this positive????

So this is second month that me and my husband TTC. My last period was June 10. I started talking ovulation test from 13day of my cycle. On June 25 (16 day of my cycle) I had to take my tooth out bc was hurting me. So dentist prescribed me antibiotic and ibuprofen for 7 days. This Monday I finish all medications. Since yesterday I have nausea and tender breasts and my ovulation test come positive(???). This is the darkest line I got on this cycle. Is that possible?? Today is my 25 day of my cycle. Could antibiotic mess with my cycle?
