Antibiotics

So, I have been reading it seems forever on this issue. I am 6 weeks today,7th pregnancy, no live births. I have a tooth infection, not much pain so I was waiting to see my doctor on Monday. I read that a gum disease or infection could cause miscarriage - so anxiety went sky high. Should I go to the er, again because I had gotten clindamyacin 300mg prescription before I found out positive pregnancy test.. but I didn't fill them due to pregnancy. I Don't want to sound like I'm ignorant, just really could use some advice. Thanks ladies.
