Anyone else?

Question

Went to the dr yesterday was having backpack with cramping, she checked me and said that I was a fingertip? Didn't give me a specific number but from what I understand that should be like a 1 right? I'm at 36 weeks, wondering if anyone has moved along pretty fast or has a similar situation?

With my first, I was in labor and a nurse checked me and said I was a fingertip. Doctor came and checked, then asked, "What finger were you using?! She's closed." It seems like a fingertip is pretty subjective and doesn't mean much. Hang in there!!! Not too much longer.

Had severe back pain and abdominal cramping. Wanted to cry so bad bc I could not find any position that was comfortable. Was also having trouble breathing bc my ribs hurt...dr said it was a virus and to take a Zantac and drink clear fluids. I laughed and said "yeah okay". Eventually went away on its own.
