I have gestational diabetes. I've only gained 15lbs so far at 35weeks my stomach is measuring 35 weeks I have a growth scan Friday. My OB wants to induce around 38weeks I personally don't want to be induced. I want a natural birth and if she's not measuring big then why do I need any medical intervention? They said they don't want me going into labor on my own. I had gestational diabetes with my 1st and didn't get induced. Well kinda the Doc popped my water at 4cm but I didn't have cervadil or pitocin. My labor was 4.5hrs so I'm totally ok with that happening again but I don't want any meds. :-( I want what's best for the baby not what's easiest for the doctor.
