Bleeding after sex @7 weeks

I'm 7 weeks now and everything has been going smoothly. My husband and I had some sex (a little too vigorous I suppose) and because of past bad experiences, I always ask him if theres blood afterwards. To my surprise, the answer tonight was yes... i went to the bathroom and wiped and sure enough blood. I just had a complicated miscarriage in Dec. and I'm trying to stay positive... has anyone experience bleeding after sex and it been ok? I know wih my first pregnancy I bled a lot during sex one time but I was around 26 weeks pregnant..
