Don't know what to do

So I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks it started last Thursday me and so are talking about trying again in a couple of weeks I really want to but I am so scarred that I will lose the baby again this is my first miscarriage I have 3 boys which 2 were born early oldest at 27 weeks only weighing 2lbs and 13 oz and second born at 35 weeks my youngest was born a week early but I am just so terrified something will go wrong but I do want another so bad I just don't know what to do
