Keto diet, one month update
I started the keto diet June 6th. I weighed 204ish lbs. I’ve been hating my body and I wanted to actually stick to this diet. Week 1 and 2 went pretty well, week 3 I wasn’t as strict so there’s obvious downfalls in not being so strict, but I’m extremely proud of myself. I weighed in this morning at 196 so a total loss so far of 8 lbs which again would probably be more if I didn’t falter like I have. Trying to get back on track again here in week four. Here’s my results though. 😊
