We’ve been together 7-8 months and my man is driving me nuts. I ADORE him and we’re both crazy about each other- I see it plain as day in his face. But he flip flops from committing to commitment-phob. I believe he’s concerned he’s not good enough for me and it’s not just the age difference, it’s who he is as a person. He uses the excuse of being a ‘bachelor’ and living alone. Um...hello? Same here. I don’t pick up another guy when I end a relationship and have a steady stream of guys. I take years in-between for growth bc each relationship I’m in- is serious! So bachelorette here 🙋🏻‍♀️if you compare it. He’s scared but I don’t understand why. If you want something and it’s literally handing itself to you- take it! So I’ve been pressuring him when he needs it and backing off when we both need it- especially for my own emotional needs. I just can’t understand how someone who is so crazy about me and misses me as much as he says doesn’t try to see me more often, communicate more, and always breaks plans with me. I know he has his habits but old dogs can learn new tricks, he’s proved that already. He does try, I just don’t know how to make it better bc that’s up to him- i do what I can.
