Anyone running higher temperatures?

Question

I wake with normal 97.5-98.5 temperatures but by afternoon they go up to 99.7 and im worrying.I have a sinus infection and been on antibiotics for 2.5 days.Ive been like this daily for 4 days.Will this temperature hurt my baby im so scared 😕 is it fever or pregnancy makes you rise temperatures

I read in my baby books if your temp goes up to a 100 or 103 it’s not good maybe call your doctor or try taking a cool shower hopefully that will help?
