What are some ways to treat and prevent morning sickness that are effective and safe. Thank you!

You can try eating crackers and having a glass of water before getting out of bed everyday (having something in your stomach helps!) 
I also hear preggy pops help some women or lemon and ginger. I’d put lemon in my ice water and eat a few pieces of ginger.

Depends on severity. Tried everything thing but after months of throwing up all day every day I had to be medicated. I will say out of all the natural remedies I tried just putting a couple lemon wedges in my water bottle worked the best for me.

Try to eat something small as soon as you wake up, I personally keep crackers (any snack really) near the bed and eat it in the am. 
The best way to prevent M Sickness is to never let your stomach get empty, that’s typically the cause.
Another tip: sour candies. It’s what has helped the women in my family for years. Something about sour helps with nausea.

I’m loving Outshine popsicles lemon flavor. When my stomach is unsettled I’ve had one and I’m better. Knock on wood it hasn’t been severe (yet 🤞 and never will be).
