Medication temp/melatonin

Good morning! I read melatonin is beneficial for IVF, so I bought some. I checked and I got melatonin with theanine... is this kind ok? Also my prescriptions of gonal, cetrocide and menopar didn’t arrive when they were supposed to and most likely not be cold. Is this an issue? Thanks!!!! Any advice appreciated 😀
