VFL.... Is it getting darker??

Forgot to attach a photo so let’s try this again!
Waiting to go to the doctor, 1 mo since my missed miscarriage.  HCG was 3010 at the time.  I’ve been feeling pregnancy symptoms for the past week...  is it possible to mc, feel fine for 3 weeks then feel symptoms again without a new pregnancy?  I’m driving myself crazy 😭

I can say with almost 100% certainty that it’s leftover. I literally just went through the SAME THING and I took tests for a whole week that never got noticeably darker. Felt all these symptoms though. Went to the doctor and she confirmed that it was residual. I drove myself absolutely insane too. My period started the next day after the doctor so I also knew for sure then. My miscarried in April and my body just doesn’t wanna let go of that last hcg!

It's very hard to tell! There doesn't look like enough change over 5 days but in saying that obviously the first and last are different tests so we can't compare accurately. I think seeing your doctor is a good plan. Good luck!
