What’s a good dependable/affordable car?! Im pregnant and due in December and need a bigger car then the one I have now.
I wanted a Jeep Wrangler but honestly anything that is big and works good would be good for me! What do you have?

might be because i work there but i think that toyotas are some of the best - durability wise. and there are benefits to buying new ones

I wouldn’t get a Jeep anything, lame suspensions. We have 2 V8 sedans so probably not what your looking for but he has a badass Holden Commodore and I have a sick Daytona Charger (we’re in Texas- Holden payment was about $650, Charger was about $700/mo. insurance on them is $230-250/mo)

An easy way to get a basic cost comparison between cars (especially used ones) is to calculate the cost per mile. Divide the purchase price of the car by the number of miles you expect to get out of the car (i.e. a $10,000 car has 10,000 miles on it. You plan to drive it for 160,000 miles, so you plan to get 150,000 miles out of the car. Your cost pe mile is $10,000/150,000 miles, which is $0.07 per mile). This doesn't factor in maintenance or extra features, but it makes for a good baseline comparison.
