Hey ladies so I’m considering getting a cup, but I am not sure how you guys navigate being away from home or a private bathroom for 6-8 hours? And what happens if you overflow? My cycle can switch sometimes heavy one day light the next? I don’t want to “clean” it in a public bathroom sink, do you just dump it in the toilet and your good to go? Somebody explain this to me 😓🤷🏼♀️ do you trust wearing them while your swimming?
