Overthinking and worried

I had protected sex (using a condom), he pulled out before he came, but said there was a small spot of “something” close to the outside of my vagina. I’m a worry wart so I went and took a plan B pill. Its either the 11th day of my cycle and I’m just panicking. Is there a chance I’m pregnant?
