Why do they go off lmp? Is it possible to conceive after

🤔 I wonder if my due date will change going off of lmp april 2 they had said due date jan 14 but when i went for the 12 week nuchal ultrasound they said it was too early baby was measuring at 10 weeks so im scheduled for an ultrasound july 16th now so its scaring me is baby growing slow?? Or am i just not as far along as I thought...

my lmp was the 2nd April and my edd is Jan 7th. so at the end of 13 weeks now. may have just ovulated later

I have PCOS so my timeline was off for my baby.  According to my lmp I should be 12 weeks already but I’m actually only 10. They say I just ovulated late.

I wouldn’t worry if the baby looked good and had a strong heartbeat. Baby’s can grow slower and then all of a sudden catch up, especially right now. If you keep hearing a heartbeat, and then start to see your uterus grow, you’ll know baby is growing too!

you probably ovulated later than you thought. don't worry about it I was off on mine as well.
