So some people say Instagram models are just girls posing and some say they are real models just new age modeling. What do you think ?

If they are just posting selfies, no.
If they are working with companies, actually doing photo shoots, promotioning things, then yes.

Let's appreciate for a second the amount of talent it takes for an Instagram "model" to become famous. I peruse their IG's every now and then, and the majority of what I see is pure talent. (not to ignore the money and connections that obviously help them out too)
