Increased appetite
Okay every one. I have to be honest and say that pregnancy hunger feels waaaaay different than regular hunger pains. I feel like I eat so much but I get hungry so fast. I'm I the only one who's getting tired of constantly eating? Its like that choice of whether I feel like going to fix a quick snack or getting up and doing other things over stopping to eat a bit of something. I guess my rant is that I feel hunger pains so many times throughout my day? Is this normal? What can I do to make my consumption of food last
*Also note, I try to eat healthy carbs and proteins like fruits, veggies, grain, beans, etc. I'm just tired of being hungry all the time. Never thought I'd feel this way.
