Is it bad if I keep giving my daughter the phone?

My toddler is 2 and also have a 4MO baby and a stay home I do a lot and I hate the fact the everyone thinks just because your a Stay at Home mom people automatically assume i sleep all day. Well guess what no I don’t sleep all day I do have two children who need me to feed and attention. But yeah when ever the times that I want to sleep I always tend to give my daughter my phone I hate it but she’s a toddler and knowing her at that age they want to be everywhere. The times that my baby is sleeping I try to sleep in a little more if I can my toddler has always been an early bird wakes up around 7am so Im still tired after all I do a lot in my house and husband plus kids I really don’t get time for myself. But yeah when I do give her the phone I lower the volume and lower the brightness all the way. I hate it I really do but it’s the only way if not she will get down the bed and go and bug her brother ( he sleeps in this bassinet) he then will wake up and now I’ll have no sleep
