pregnant and feel like crap

i dont know how many weeks i am, i miscarried April 4th and haven’t had a period since and just found out im pregnant.. I have been having really bad cramps at the top of my stomach for 3days and keep being sick, i cant phone doctors until Monday as they are shut over weekend. Anyone been through this?
