Do you have a wet/damp crutch in your pants

I have noticed that the gusset in my pants recently is wet all day but not at night. I’m not sure if this sweat, water leaking or watery discharge?! 
I’d like to know if anyone has this and knows what it could be? Should I be concerned

i just went to L&D; because I'm always wet down there it concerned me thinking im leaking amniotic fluid. Turns out its a combo of increased watery discharge and just peeing myself....baby kicks my bladder and i must leak urine. Oh the joys 😂

I think I grew confused with the answer to the poll. The question asked about me, if I have it, but then you said should you be concerned, AFTER I selected my "yes" option. I wasn't saying yes to be concerned, I was saying yes to me having wet underpants in the daytime.

Loose fit clothing and breathable undies help me a lot

Likely sweat. I’ve been grossly sweaty down there with this heat and giant belly. 🤷🏻‍♀️
