Introducing cow milk?

I’m currently breastfeeding and my milk is drying up. How do I introduce cow milk? How much does she need to drink a day? She turned one almost a month ago. She already takes bottles and sippy cups pretty good.

Start slowly, because introducing cows milk will upset her system a little bit. My son hates milk (he’s two, we’ve tried several different kinds and he spits it out), but my nephew had soft stools for a long while after starting it, but their doctor said it was normal for a bit.

we did a three week transition. 
week1: 3/4 bm, 1/4 whole
week 2: half and half
week 3: 1/4 bm, 3/4 whole
then week 4 do just whole milk. we tried a cold turkey switch and it gave my son really bad belly aches. the transition worked very well though

I started by first adding it to cereal, Then once he was used to it. I would give him small amounts in a bottle or sippy cup.. he seemed to like it better than breastmilk because he is fully weaned now and he did it all on his own. Haha

Our daughter has 3 8oz sippy cups of whole milk or almond milk a day. She’s 13 months and has been on regular milk since 11 months. Zero issues with the transition!

depends how old she is. my doctor said breast milk or formula till 1. after 1 we could use regular milk.
